Learning A-Z Breakroom Blog Redesign
TL;DR
My Role:UX Designer/Art Director
Client: Learning A-Z
I got to take on a really fun project and redesign the Learning A-Z corporate blog into a news-style landing page. I created flexible widgets that could be renamed and moved around to fit content needs.
I was asked to reimagine the Learning A-Z blog homepage and design something that served as a hub for articles, showcasing different topics, highlight old and new articles and have it read more like an index of a magazine and less like a long list.
Process
I began researching different blogs, magazine sites, and resource sections on various websites to gather ideas and see how they handled the categorization of their stories and used their layout. After completing my research, I began to wireframe using the key components from layouts that fit our needs. I created custom topic flags that could change for different seasonal initiatives.

Flexible Grid
I also created a flexible grid that could move around in various configurations and allow Learning A-Z to highlight various initiatives during different times of the year.
