Nicolosi & Fitch is a multifamily housing property management company in Tucson, AZ. In my time there, I redesigned the corporate logo, developed seasonal campaigns, and maintained all websites and social media accounts for Nicolosi & Fitch and their 20+ apartment communities.

Originally Nicolosi & Fitch was born from another property management company, Schomac. Their logo was based off the original Schomac logo. I gave them a clean and simplified identity that could be used flexibly with different color palettes.
